Congratulations, you've just taken the first step on the path to becoming a confident vegan!  Or perhaps you have been on this path for a bit; you are struggling with maintaining this lifestyle and you need a spark to reignite the flame.

I went through this same thing six years ago when I started my journey with its dips and valleys. Dealing with numerous issues and situations - what to eat, how much to eat, worrying about nutrition, getting easy/inexpensive/tasty recipes, entertaining at home, going to parties, eating in restaurants, answering probing questions from family, friends and colleagues, traveling as a vegan.

I began my vegan journey as a result of being determined to find a way to get off of dangerous blood pressure and cholesterol medication; to become a healthier me so I would be around to enjoy my family and friends, and my love of travel.

This led me to countless nights starring at my computer screen, eating up my precious time, to find the information I needed to move forward. I became so overwhelmed with all the tons of information; I became discouraged. The only support I had was my husband who thankfully joined me on the journey, but he too was a novice.

I'd drop my head in my hands and wished there was something available that pulled pertinent information together in one place to help me, and would offer me personal support to help me build by self-confidence in the decision I had made. Through perseverance and pure stubbornness, I made my way and after six years, my husband and I have never looked back.

But it was this struggle that led me to the development of this online learning experience and my strategically designed "5 B's Stepping Stones Sequence" - Be Alert! Be Mindful! Be Prepared! Be Accountable! and the one that oversees all the rest, Be Supported!

I want to make sure people like you do not have to go through the hardships I had to as I began my vegan journey. It all begins with "The Vegan Journey: A Beginner's Pathway"This is a 5-week learning experience and support course designed to help vegan curious and new vegans build a firmer foundation so you can begin to realize your desire, hope and dream to transition into being a more empowered, confident vegan.

It includes five recorded video lessons; a multitude of valuable handouts that will give you tips and tools for quick reference (saving time and money); quick and easy recipes; five 60 minute group support sessions/one 20 minute 1-on-1 support session to be there when you need a listening ear, a helping hand (support sessions are one of the essential stepping stones to becoming a confident, healthy, cruelty-free, eco-friendly vegan). There will also be a private Facebook group where fellow travelers can share recipes, ask questions and give support.
